Garam rises fourteen floors two blocks from the Wilshire/Vermont station, so Downtown is ten minutes away by subway. The roof holds a pool deck, cabanas and a garden. When we took the building over in 2024 we refit every home to the Korean Standard. Its ducts and plumbing were new enough for ceiling air and dry-and-wet baths to go in without opening walls.
