Seorin comes from the Korean for the warm mist that gathers on a window on a cold night. We named the company for the feeling of a radiant floor in winter, and we have been building toward it since 2009.

    Founded in Koreatown with three buildings and a leasing office on Wilshire.

  2. 2014

    First Korean Standard renovation: radiant floors and ceiling air in a 1960s building on Ardmore.

  3. 2019

    Garam opens, the first tower we lease from day one.

  4. 2021

    Seorin Wilshire opens: 21 floors and eight penthouses.

  5. 2024

    The Dodam, a 1929 Art Deco tower, reopens after two years of restoration.

  6. 2026

    31 buildings, about 4,200 homes, and a crew of 40 technicians.
