International applicants
No US credit history? That's most of us.
Many of our residents arrive on a work transfer or a student visa with no US credit file. We lease to them every month, from a video tour to keys at the concierge desk.
01
Send your documents from abroad
A passport for everyone 18 or older, your visa or the approval you are waiting on (E-2, L-1, H-1B, F-1, J-1 or a green card), and either an offer letter from your US employer or an I-20 or DS-2019 from your school.
02
We confirm income without a US credit file
An offer letter showing pay of at least 2.5 times the rent, a relocation letter, or bank statements from home are enough. Students can use a sponsor’s letter and statements.
03
A guarantor service, if you need one
When income can’t be shown yet, an institutional guarantor can back the lease for a one-time fee. Your deposit stays at one month’s rent, the California limit.
04
Sign and move in from Seoul
Video tours in Korean, e-signed leases, and keys and fobs waiting at the concierge desk when you land. Many residents come straight from LAX.
